A very European take on our Chevre-esque, a no dairy, Vegan Safe and Gluten Free version of the famous French Chèvre cheese.  We roll it in a high quality Vegetable Ash, adding a mild 'rind' to contrast with the tangy cheese taste.

The unique nutty tang of traditional Chèvre lends itself perfectly to our Cultured Nut processes, while the Vegetable Ash coating provides a striking texture and color. Adds a dash of the exotic to your presentation.
