SHIPPING RATE UPDATE
For all orders placed on and after 10/17: we are now shipping without ice packaging. However, you can still choose to add one by clicking “ice pack” in the “shop” drop-down menu and clicking “add to cart.”
GENERAL INFORMATION
All our products ship from our Manchester CT facility/store. We ship to all 50 states, Mondays through Thursdays, so orders placed over the weekend ship on Monday.
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order has been received. As soon as we print your package label, you will receive another email with a tracking number and tracking link.
Your order will typically arrive within 3-5 business days, but please note that there may be delays out of our control due to high volume with carriers, or high volume of orders during holiday seasons.
We ship the majority of orders through UPS standard ground, or USPS Priority Mail (if shipping to a P.O. Box, or if estimated USPS shipping is significantly quicker in the warmer months). If you require a faster shipping option, give us a call at 860-643-2552. Thank you and enjoy!
WARM WEATHER & REFUND POLICY
Year-round we offer the option to add an ice pack to your order. From the main menu, go to “SHOP > ICE PACK” and add the ice pack to your cart. This means your order will ship with an ice pack in heat-reflective packaging. All our chocolates ship from our Manchester CT facility, so an ice pack is a great way to protect your order during transit, especially those traveling cross-country.
We do our very best to ensure your chocolates arrive safely and quickly! You will receive tracking info via email once the order is shipped so you can track your package and be notified when the package arrives. Please note: Once the order leaves our facility, we have no control over the package and cannot accept responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit. That said, we will always strive to make sure you are happy and have chocolates in your hands! Thank you for your understanding, and enjoy!
