Warm Weather Policy: Updated 7/18/19!
It’s very hot outside—even up here in Connecticut! We strive to offer shipping options that match customer needs, and it’s clear that cooling packaging and ice packs are a MUST if our chocolates are being sent through the mailing process. To best ensure the safety of your chocolate order, through July and August, we are offering a single shipping option: Priority Mail with Cooling Packaging at a flat rate of $15. This includes reflective packs and ice packs that will keep your chocolate as cool as possible. Thank you so much for your understanding. By September, regular shipping options will resume!

Packages are typically processed within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) with standard tracking and drop-off without signature. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order has been entered into our system. As soon as we prepare your box to ship, you will receive another email to confirm the shipping information with a tracking number. We don’t require signatures upon delivery. Depending on the location, shipping typically takes between 1 and 3 days, but please allow 3-5 business days as the standard time frame for USPS priority shipping.

If you prefer delivery by USPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your order online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We offer flat rate shipping regardless of the size and weight of your order.

We ship to all 50 states in the US. Please understand that some locations may not be registered with the US Postal Service. If there is any question about the shipping address, please check with the USPS to ensure your order will be delivered. We ask that you review the address when you place your order and when you receive your confirmation e-mail. Otherwise we cannot take responsibility for boxes that may be damaged when sent to the wrong address.
