GENERAL INFORMATION
Packages are typically processed within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) with standard tracking and drop-off without signature. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order has been entered into our system. As soon as we prepare your box to ship, you will receive another email to confirm the shipping information with a tracking number. We don’t require signatures upon delivery. Depending on the location, shipping typically takes between 1 and 3 days.

If you prefer delivery by USPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your order online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We offer flat rate shipping regardless of the size and weight of your order.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING POLICY
Highest safe temperature for shipping is 72ºF
During the warmer months of summer, we offer heat-resistant packaging and ice packs at an extra cost. We also ship orders early in the week as we cannot guarantee it will be delivered as intended on weekends. We also want your order to arrive as soon as possible! Please don't wait to place your order, just understand that we will ship on the next possible date. If you choose not to use the recommended cooling packaging, we ask that you take full responsibility if the order is not received as expected. No refunds are granted and purchases are final.

SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES
We ship to all 50 states in the US. Please understand that some locations may not be registered with the US Postal Service. If there is any question about the shipping address, please check with the USPS to ensure your order will be delivered. We ask that you review the address when you place your order and when you receive your confirmation e-mail. Otherwise we cannot take responsibility for boxes that may be damaged when sent to the wrong address.
