Warm Weather Update!
“Priority Mail with Cooling Packaging” may now be selected at checkout, and is highly recommended now through September! We do our best to ensure your chocolates are properly and safely guarded from extreme temperatures before sending them off for travel. Please note, if you choose not to use Cooling Packaging, we cannot claim responsibility for products that may have been waiting outside in the heat, and purchases are final in these situations. Thank you for your understanding, and enjoy your chocolates!

GENERAL INFORMATION
Packages are typically processed within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) with standard tracking and drop-off without signature. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order has been entered into our system. As soon as we prepare your box to ship, you will receive another email to confirm the shipping information with a tracking number. We don’t require signatures upon delivery. Depending on the location, shipping typically takes between 1 and 3 days, but please allow 3-5 business days as the standard time frame for USPS priority shipping.

If you prefer delivery by USPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your order online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We offer flat rate shipping regardless of the size and weight of your order.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING POLICY
Highest safe temperature for shipping is 72ºF
During the warmer months, we offer heat-resistant packaging and ice packs at an extra cost. “Priority Mail with Cooling Packaging” may be selected at checkout, and is highly recommended between April and September! We do our best to ensure your chocolates are properly and safely guarded from extreme temperatures before sending them off for travel. Please note, if you choose not to use Cooling Packaging, we cannot claim responsibility for packages that may have been left outside in the heat, and purchases are final in these situations. SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES
We ship to all 50 states in the US. Please understand that some locations may not be registered with the US Postal Service. If there is any question about the shipping address, please check with the USPS to ensure your order will be delivered. We ask that you review the address when you place your order and when you receive your confirmation e-mail. Otherwise we cannot take responsibility for boxes that may be damaged when sent to the wrong address.
